You know what’s amazing about fresh butter? The way it melts ever so slowly on warm bread, releasing that pure, sweet cream aroma… Well, let me tell you about our local butter story.
I was visiting one of our dairy farms last week – it’s this beautiful place just outside Kavajë where the cows graze on fresh grass all day. The farmer, Agim, has been making butter the traditional way for over 30 years. “The secret,” he told me, “is in how you treat the cream.”
Our butter starts with fresh cream from Albanian cows, churned carefully until it reaches that perfect, velvety texture. No shortcuts, no additives – just pure, natural goodness. It’s the kind of butter that makes pastry chefs smile and professional kitchens hum with satisfaction.
Some days, when I’m in our facility, I watch the fresh butter being packed, and I can’t help but think about all the amazing dishes it’s going to be part of – flaky croissants, rich sauces, perfect pasta dishes…
